Our
two year old program is created to give toddlers a
positive first school experience. Social skills like sharing, helping
and getting along with others are guided in a loving environment, while
gross and fine motor skills are exercised with lots of activity. Also,
music and story time will develop listening and communication skills.
Three
year old students will continue to develop the skills modeled
in the two year old class. In addition, monthly thematic units will be
expanded to further understanding of many topics such as safety, seasons,
and colors. Field trips and class visitors will extend learning with a
hands-on approach.
Our
four year old class is designed to prepare young
children for Kindergarten and life outside the home. Social skills
will be emphasized along with certain age appropriate school skills.
All children will experience success and gain self-esteem through a variety
of activities.
